Our offices are located in Brooksville, Port Richey, Lutz, Clearwater , Seminole, Saint Petersburg, Sarasota Lakewood Ranch and our newest location in Bradenton to better serve our patients throughout the Tampa Bay area.
Our professional and compasionate Doctors will evaluate you for your Florida medical card. Our licensed nursing staff and qualified team will guide you through your options to make sure that you are comfortable with your treatment plan. We pride ourselves in providing excellent customer service, quickly and conveniently.
In order to provide our patients with the highest level of care, our goal is to assist you with every step of obtaining your card including the State application ($77.75 State fee not included with cost of evaluation). Qualified patients with a valid Florida state ID may be able to visit the dispensary the same day.
